Robert Matthews gave us insight from a
recruiter's point of view in the marketing of
your football abilities.
Keeping it simple is all that is needed.
About 15 hi-lites with two full games is all
that is needed on a DVD submission. If the
first three hi-lights are good enough to
interest a recruiter, they then turn to the full
games to see if the player goes all out every
play or loafs at all during the game. |

Ptaszek looks to building an environment of
trust between the player and the team.
Before each game the entire team promises each
other they will play to the best of their
ability, so that when the body gets weak in the
fourth quarter, the mind kicks in and remembers
the promise to the rest of the team, and the
team's promise to the individual player.
The mind usually wins over the body and the
result is a game played to its fullest across
the board. |
