"Dwelling
at the Top"
Al's message to the Ravens at the banquet was
inspirational and challenging. He's been
on top many, many times and he said it's hard to
stay on top. Character is what will define
whether a team remains #1. Every team is
now gunning for the champs. We are now the
target, and everybody will want to knock us off
with the same fervor that we had to get to the
top ourselves. This is the time where
character must take over, and we must play, act
and live like champions if we are to dwell at
the top.

"Got Team?"
Your teammates can perhaps be the greatest
motivator to your team's attitude, growth and
success. It's not what the press says, or
the rumors or the fans. It's the
team. Using the lean years of the McMaster
Maurauders as an example, he said they didn't
find success until they "Got
Team". Players and teammates that
support and encourage each other, win or lose,
whether hero or goat, have "Got Team"
and this is a quality found in most
Championship winners.
